Project Description
The UCF Student Government Association, a $17 million dollar organization representing over 56,000 students, is tasked with effective communication of events and goals to the rest of the student body. With so many advertisements needing to be created, their internal Design Group needed a more efficient way of managing and tracking their work.
The Graphics Design Queue is the product of that need. The queue allows secure registration of users who can then place work orders into the system. These work orders are inserted into a queue which the Graphics Designers can then select from.
This system, currently in a beta stage, is highly customizable, allowing the management of departments, users, statuses, and registration codes.
